What does “white-labeled” mean for my academy?
Your academy’s name, logo, colors, and domain are front and center. Players never see the BookPlay brand. We power the booking — you own the experience.
Do you take a transaction fee on bookings?
No. Connect your own payment gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe), take UPI straight to your own account, or collect at the venue — and keep 100% of what you’re paid. We do not take a percentage of bookings.
Can I use my own domain and email?
Yes. Run bookings on a custom domain like bookplay.youracademy.in, and send confirmations from your own email sender via SMTP, AWS SES or Resend.
Is there a limit on venues, courts, or bookings?
No limits. Add unlimited venues, courts, slots, bookings and staff users. One flat price covers everything.
How long does setup take?
Most academies are live within 1–2 days. We help you connect your domain, gateway, and email, and import your courts and rate cards.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time from your console. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for and then stops renewing. You can export bookings, transactions, coaching and attendance as CSV whenever you like.
